MADE Fitness is based on providing tailored and progressive training sessions and complimenting this with frequent communication on aspects outside of the studio such as nutrition, activity levels and motivation.

Exercising for 3 times per week for an hour per session equates to 1.7% of your total time per week. Whilst meeting the guidelines advised for physical activity is great, this cannot make up for a sedentary lifestyle as the remainder. There is emphasis on incorporating light intensity exercise into everyday such as walking. Correct nutrition is an essential part of leading a healthy lifestyle and is paramount in seeing maximum results.

MADE Fitness promotes a sustainable and realistic approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle.


Firstly, thank you for visiting my site. I hope you enjoy reading about MADE Fitness, it’s logic and services provided. I purposely do not focus solely on what is carried out in the training sessions. I also take a genuine interest on what is happening when not in the studio, such as habits, nutrition, activity and sleep.

My aim is to develop a client’s empowerment, to surpass their original goals by implementing sustainable lifestyle changes which can affect many aspects of their life.

Pre & Postnatal Specialist

I am particularly passionate regarding pre and post natal exercise and women’s fitness in general. I have had two children and I am fully aware of the uncertainty regarding exercise when pregnant and after birth. Can I carry on with my running? Is it safe for me to lift light weights? I remember feeling pretty overwhelmed due to conflicting information available.

I did stay active during both of my pregnancies and I am so glad I did. I believe it helped me through the later stages of pregnancy, during birth and particularly post pregnancy not just aesthetically but functionally and mentally.

I have for as long as I can remember loved being active. I enjoy running (particularly off road), cycling, sprinting, yoga and strength training. These activities have increased my endurance, power and reactivity, flexibility, balance and strength respectively.

I thrive on challenging myself over a duration to reach new goals. Whether it be a difficult yoga pose, personal best for pull ups or running an ultra-marathon, I have fun on that journey to success!
